Rehearsals are now underway for the Pepperpot Players' next exciting production 'POPCORN' which will run for three nights a week, earlier than previously advertised - on Thursday 19th, Friday 20th and Saturday 21st May 2005 at Upton Memorial Hall starting at 7.30 p.m. Tickets will be on sale at P.S. Presents in Upton from Saturday May 7th @ £6.00 per person to include a supper of hotdogs, nachos and popcorn! Please bring your own wine, soft drinks and glasses.

'POPCORN' is an adult play by Ben Elton which took the West End by storm and was the winner of the 1998 Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Comedy. 'POPCORN' is definitely not a farce but a thought-provoking, hard-hitting, satirical thriller which centres around the Beverley Hills home of a Tarantino-style, Oscar winning movie director. Warning! This play contains strong language and scenes of a violent nature.
