"The Sheriff of Nottingham is up to no good.... Oh, what will become of the Babes in the Wood? Make way for Robin Hood and his merry little band, For they're the bravest folk in all the land. When Maid Marian and Nurse Norah join the fray, You can be sure that our Robin will save the day!" Oh, no, he won't! Oh, yes, he will... ..if Robin gets plenty of help from his friends in Upton! So come along and cheer on the goodies and boo those horrible baddies in the Pepperpot Players' next exciting production 'Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood9. Barely pausing for breath, the Pepperpot Players will be holding auditions for their next production 'And Then There Were None' by Agatha Christie on Monday 23rd February at 7.30 p.m. in the Memorial Hall, Upton. Please bring your own bottle. The production will be held on 8th, 9th and 10th June. Roy Hodges will be directing the play which has a cast of eleven - four female, seven male.
