12.00 The river is still rising. It has started flooding onto Fishmeadow. Everywhere pumps are working to keep water out of houses and sandbags are being laid across roads & doorways. "We back on to the Ham and can tell you, the water has crept up our garden over 12ft in 5 hours and we still have the river to come!" Steve and Sally Peters
