5th March
A sense of 'here we go again...' The river was rising rapidly yesterday, and today the flood barriers were erected again between Bridge House & The Swan. I feel sorry for the Environment Agency. If they put the barriers up too soon and it turns out they weren't necessary, they are criticised. If they put them up late, like today, they are criticised.
