We've started a bit of a tradition by holding hamper draws at Christmas, Easter, Jazz Festival and now at the Blues Festival. We renamed ourselves temporarily as 'Upton in Blue-m' and filled a picnic hamper with blue & blue packaged food. Along with a picnic set, this included blue cheese, blueberries and blueberry muffins. Second prize was a bin filled with blue cleaning materials including 'Bloo' toilet cleaner. We started selling tickets at the corner of High Street and New Street and at about 12 noon moved to outside Bridge House. David Harrison, Trade Stand Co-ordinator kindly drew the winning tickets.
