In February 2012 we asked why the recycling percentage displayed in the Hanley Road Recycling Centre had said 66% for a long time. The figure was checked with the help of MHDC, and we were advised it should say 71%. The sign has been updated, and the tonnage saved from landfill has also been added. A pat on the back for everyone who uses the centre and let's hope the figure goes steadily upwards!
