Local 'in Bloom' competition 8th July

Every year the Upton in Bloom Committee hold a competition for local residents & businesses. On 8th July Jenny Redfern, Heart of England in Bloom Co-ordinator judged the 45 entries in the competition. Jenny arrived in her distinctive Heart of England in Bloom Chevrolet Matiz car. We saw some lovely gardens and displays and don't envy Jenny her task in selecting the winners!
