Nearly forty people came to our annual Pudding Evening, this year held in the Tudor House Museum, to sample over twenty different sweet delights. The puddings were donated by local hotels, restaurants, catering companies and members of the public and the Committee. Over £240 was raised. During the evening, Richard Hannah presented Mrs Lavender Beard, owner of the Museum, with an embroidery made for the FeelGood Festival, as a permanent reminder of the Summer of 2007. Our thanks to everyone who contributed, and those who attended. Special thanks to Val from the Tourist Information Centre, who brought a chocolate fountain. Yum! |
