Water Festival Parade

Led by a local fire engine and Upton Youth Band, the parade left the Old Road at approximately 3pm. The entries were judged by Bennie Gallagher

This year the parade was swelled by members of the East Warwickshire branch of the Caravan Club who entered a very good 'covered wagon' and many cowboys and indians. They did not know the theme of this years Festival (Flowers) but next have asked that next year we let them know the theme.

Bill & Ben, with Little Weed were excellent, as were all the entries. An ex-Chairman and ex-Town Mayor both entered and looked very good. Emily Williams was Best Child. No umbrellas were entered so the prize was given to the covered wagon float.
