Upton upon Severn Folk Dance and Song SocietyApplication formUpton Folk Festival is now part of the Upton Folk Dance and Song Society, a company which is a Company Limited by Guarantee Registration No. 4219663 which is in the process of registering as a charity. Membership is open to all who support its objective to promote Folk Music and Dancing in the region of Upton upon Severn. The Festival is one of the ways that the Society can achieve its objective. Membership is available upon filling in an application form and payment of the annual membership fee of £10. Acceptance for membership is granted at the sole discretion of the Trustees of the Society. Each member will be entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Society. Membership is governed by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Society. Application details: I wish to apply for membership of the Upton upon Severn Folk Dance and Song Society. I agree to abide by the rules governing membership as outlined in its Memorandum and Articles of Association. I enclose a cheque for £10 in respect of annual membership. I understand that my application may be refused by the Trustees upon which the £10 will be refunded to me. Your details:
